Our Residence

The accommodations at the Modern Residence are all well-kept and furnished with taste and quality, and include a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, microwave oven, fridge and independent heating. Furthermore, each housing unit is equipped with modern private bathrooms with large shower cubicle and hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone and a large balcony.
On the semi-underground level there are areas for storing skis or sports equipment in general, a recreation room for children, and a relaxation area (sauna and hydromassage still under construction).
On the ground floor there is a bar, as well as a restaurant managed directly by the owners where you can enjoy careful home cooking made up of typical local dishes prepared with genuine products and top quality ingredients. Pizzeria with wood oven.
The Modern Residence has an internal park, which has been divided into a parking area and a green area that can be used during the summer season.
